Cole began his mortgage career at Veterans First Mortgage in 2015 and was a Loan Officer there until joining Intercap Lending in 2018. Cole’s passion and expertise is the strategy behind each loan. No two clients are the same and there are countless loan products on the market, which is why the strategy behind each loan has become more and more important. Cole realizes that buying a home is more than filling out an online app and signing some paperwork. Because of this, he works hard to create a detailed game plan that best fits each client and their goals. He and his team are heavily involved from Day 1 to ensure a smooth and stress-free buying process. Cole was born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, UT. He grew up playing all types of sports and is a big fan of the Utah Jazz, New York Yankees, Arizona Cardinals and the Utah Utes. He played baseball at Brighton High School and at Utah Valley University before serving a two-year church mission in San Diego, CA. Upon returning, Cole graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Cole married his wife Madison in 2016 and they welcomed their first child, Hudson, in February of 2018. Cole and his family currently live in Midvale, UT near TopGolf. They enjoy spending time together playing in the park, hiking in the nearby mountains and watching movies. Cole also loves to play slow-pitch softball, hoping to hold onto his glory days of playing college baseball.
