Having grown up in a real estate family, Dustin Sidwell knows the ins and outs of the housing market. This lifelong experience, combined with his mortgage banking expertise, makes him uniquely qualified to serve the home purchase and refinance needs of individuals and families in the state of Colorado & also in the state of Utah. From 2017-2021 Dustin has been recognized as a Top 1% of Loan Originator in the country. Dustin’s particular areas of expertise include conventional loans, VA loans, and FHA loans, in addition to mortgage planning and property management. He also has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah. Throughout his mortgage banking career, Dustin has developed a reputation for putting his clients first and ensuring that loans are originated with their needs in mind. Dustin is blissfully married to his wife Audra, they have three amazing daughters, Graycie, Mckenzie, Hadley and their newest little addition Colby. The Sidwell family loves spending time outdoors. Anything from hiking, camping, mountain biking or skiing/snowboarding.
