What’s a Ron? – The purpose of this class is to discuss Remote Online Notarization (RON). The adoption of legislation in the state of Utah as well as on a national level have changed the ability for virtual signings to happen. This course reviews the variations of RONs and applications in real estate transactions and the process of a RON signing. Understanding appropriate practices of this technology will help Real Estate Agents adapt to effects of the digital age in real estate transactions. This is a 1-hour Non-Core Continuing Education Course.

Wire Fraud Awareness – Wire Fraud has been and is increasingly rampant in the Real Estate world. This class discusses different types of fraud and statistics. Real-world examples of this fraud are provided. Techniques for avoiding, identifying and stopping fraud are offered for agents and in turn, for them to provide to their clients.
