Kyle Clark spent more than five years at Intercap Lending before stepping into this role. During that time he worked across onboarding, marketing and sales enablement, focused on helping loan officers build repeatable production habits and get the most out of the tools and support available to them.
He has spent years working directly with loan officers, watching what separates the ones who scale from the ones who stall. He understands the tools, the support gaps, and what a production environment needs to actually work. He knows the industry from the inside.
