- To setup your online account management portal, you will need your social security number and property zip code.
- Click HERE to create a new account through a web browser on your computer.
- Download our mobile app from the App Store. The app will be available for Android devices on the Google Play store shortly.
Payment Information
We provide a range of convenient options for making your monthly payments:
1. Online Payment Portal: You have the opportunity to register your account on our secure online payment portal, where you can take control of your account. This platform allows you to set up automatic payments or make one-time payments. It’s also a hub for reviewing your account history, as well as accessing monthly statements and letters.
2. Automatic Payments: Options for automatic payments, which can be configured to be deducted every month. We offer flexible options, including semi-monthly and bi-weekly deductions, as well as the traditional once-a-month processing.
3. Bill Pay: If you choose to use your bank’s bill pay feature, please make sure that the payments are directed to our payment processing center at the following address: Intercap Lending Inc

4. Debit Card Payments: You have the convenient choice of paying your monthly mortgage through a debit card. To proceed, kindly contact our dedicated customer service center directly at 800-658-9371.
5. Paying by Check: We accept personal and business checks at our payment processing center for posting. To expedite processing, remember to include your loan number on the check. Additionally, if you’re making extra principal payments, please indicate that on the check to ensure our teams process your payments accurately. please make sure that the payments are directed to our payment processing center at the following address:
