Meet the Wasatch Branch Operations Team

At Intercap Lending, we know that great lending starts with great people. That is why we are excited to welcome four new team members to our Wasatch branch: Betty Saarloos, Santi Gomez, Fedra Tufuga, Jazmin Yanez, and Marice Moreno.

As an independent mortgage lender licensed in 44 states, Intercap Lending handles underwriting, processing, and servicing in-house. Because of that, every team member plays an important role in helping borrowers move forward with confidence. The addition of these new team members strengthens the Wasatch branch and supports the exceptional service our clients and referral partners have come to expect.

Betty Saarloos and Santi Gomez join the team as Loan Officer Assistants. In this role, they support loan officers throughout the mortgage process and helps keep communication, documentation, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. As a result, loan officers can stay focused on guiding borrowers and building strong relationships.

We are also excited to welcome Fedra Tufuga, Jazmin Yanez, and Marice Moreno as Loan Processors. Loan processors play a vital role in every mortgage journey. They help gather and review documentation, coordinate with different parties involved in the transaction, and keep loans moving efficiently through the process. Their work helps create a better experience for both borrowers and loan officers.

Together, Betty, Santi, Fedra, Jazmin, and Marice expand the strength of the Wasatch team. Just as importantly, their roles help ensure that clients receive clear communication, attentive service, and support throughout the lending process.
