Intro to Homebot Email
Clients will now receive a quick introduction to Homebot as soon as their loan funds, helping them better understand the value of the platform and the personalized insights they’ll continue to receive as homeowners. Monthly Homebot Tips
LO Tip:
Have a Realtor interested in Homebot? Add them as a client to the platform! Once they are added, manually push the Digest, then call them to schedule time to walk thru it together. Show them the open rates, engagement rates, and what Homebot looks like on the back end so they can understand the value firsthand.
Realtor Tip:
Every Monday morning, review the top 3 people in each Opportunity List. Start your week with the clients already showing signs of engagement. Best part about this? We deliver this list right to your inbox!
Monthly Homebot Success Story
This month’s Homebot success story is brought to us by Todd Castagno of the Tooele Branch.
A client that needed to be in the driver’s seat with the right tools.
Debbie has a homebuyer client that came in and got pre-approved, after looking at a couple of homes with his realtor, he decided to wait to purchase and was planning on starting to look again in about 6 months. We uploaded him into Homebot as a “buyer” and told him about the access and tools that he could use while he waited. Within an hour of sending him the homebuyer link, he was in the system and going nuts with home searches and using the calculator tools. He got excited, his wife got excited, they reached back out to the realtor, and are now under contract on the purchase of their new home. Now – not 6 months from now! 😊
