At Intercap Lending, O’Sullivan reshaped the company’s marketing operations by building scalable systems, strengthening loan officer support, and aligning sales with marketing. Over the past year, she rebuilt Intercap’s marketing model, expanded business development support, launched a companywide marketing request system, created the Trending in Lending newsletter. Additionally, she advanced key initiatives across products, builder partnerships, recruiting, and market education.
