Calling all Utah and USC fans!
We’re throwing a tailgate party and we want you there! The whole family is welcome for food, games and overall debauchery as the Utes gear up to take on USC. We hope you, and your family, can join us for this fun afternoon!
- Time: 2:00-10:00ish
- The tailgate party will run from 2:00-6:00 pm (kick off) but the lot does have TVs that will live stream the game for anyone wanting to stay and watch it there.
- Food:
- We will have R& R BBQ brought in around 4:00 pm, so come hungry!
- Drinks:
- We will have nonalcoholic drinks available in coolers. If you choose to have alcoholic drinks, please BYO and coordinate safe transportation home from the event.
- Things to do:
- Corn hole boards will be set up for those of you willing to challenge me to a game- that’s right I called you out
- Visit with your Intercap Family! This is the best part of tailgating! Mingle, get to know everyone outside of work
- Facepainting, Campus store, U of U band/Cheerleaders, and the best people watching available- these things are usually over in the main tailgate lot which is just a short distance from our space
- What should you bring?
- Bring chairs to sit in, or blankets to throw out, any specific drinks you would like, and your party pants!
- Where do I park?
- If you are able, taking TRAX will be your best option for getting to the event. The image attached is a map with our location, TRAX and an area to park for free in nearby neighborhoods. There is also a PDF of the map of campus parking. You are able to park for FREE in lots 33, 34 or 38 OR for $20 you can park in any of the green/yellow lots noted on that map.
